As the Internal AI Productivity Consultant, you are tasked with helping three colleagues from different departments overcome their challenges with AI tool usage. You will engage in one-on-one conversations via chat or voice call, diagnosing issues and providing tailored guidance. Your mission is to help the Marketing Manager craft engaging, brand-aligned LinkedIn post prompts; advise the Enterprise Sales Lead on safe and accurate use of AI for competitor pricing; and coach the HR Business Partner in developing structured, effective prompts for job descriptions. Throughout these interactions, you’ll apply your expertise in prompt engineering and AI fundamentals, translating technical concepts into practical advice your colleagues can use immediately.
To complete the simulation, you need to successfully communicate with each colleague, diagnose their prompt or tool usage issues, and provide clear, actionable guidance that improves their confidence and competence with AI. Your effectiveness will be measured by your ability to help each NPC understand and apply better prompting techniques and safe AI practices through real-time conversation.
